| As a first-time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the purchasing process. Stephen patiently walked me through the process and made sure that I had signed all of the proper documents on time. Also, he only showed me properties that were within my specifications and price range, and didn't try to push me into a more expensive property to increase his commission. It took me three trips to AZ to find the right condo, yet Stephen stuck with me till we finally found the right floor plan for me in the perfect location. He discussed the pros and cons of many of the properties and made sure that I didn't purchase a place that would cause me future problems. He is also available after the purchase for any advise I need. I highly recommend Stephen. |

| I used Stephen Proski for my recent home purchase and highly recommend him. Stephen was professional, always timely and reliable and great follow up.
