| Scot was such an asset during our sale. This was our first sale of a property and we were certainly nervous about the whole procedure. Scot set our minds at ease. We had an offer on the listing within 48 hours of the listing. We had an accepted counteroffer 2 days later. From the day we listed until the day we closed was 20 days. Couldn't have asked for more than that. Scot's commissions were incredible and to my knowledge, unbeatable. Our total commission was $7,110 at 3.95%, saving us nearly $3,700 (over paying a traditional broker 6%). We can't recommend Scot highly enough. |

| Scot recently helped with the purchase my first home and he made the process surprisingly smooth. He was endlessly patient in walking me through each step and was more than happy to help a first-timer get up to speed. At closing the title company complimented my knowledge of the general house-buying process, which in large part was due to him. Additionally, even though I was house hunting pretty far from his general area, Scot was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling throughout the process.
