| I would very highly recommend Marysol Bonilla if you need a realtor! We own a property in Rockville and our tenants had to move very suddenly which left us in quite a bind. The fall/cold weather season can make it even more difficult to find renters. From the very first time we contacted Marysol, we were impressed. She responded immediately and got to work right away. To our pleasant surprise she was able to find our new renters within 17 days of being listed on the market! Our property was originally listed for $2295 and she was able to rent it for us for $2350 AND the renters signed a two year lease. We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Marysol. She is organized, driven, highly efficient, very professional and always friendly and caring. We would recommend Marysol again and again. |

| We had the specific need to get an spanish speaking realtor since my wife lacks fluency in English. I queried the internet and found two names in a Bethesda, MD office and she immediately returned the call. During the three months long that took us to buy the house, she was courteous, expedite and always on top of the pending issues, immediately returning phone calls or emails. She was patient with our constant changes of criteria for searching the market and very helpful when we arrived at the buying decision. We strongly recommend her for your buying experience. |

| Very helpful and knowledgeable of all the properties we saw!! She was able to make appointments that were within 24-48 hours of our first meeting! Definitely will hire her again when we are looking to buy!! |

| Marysol went above and beyond to make miracle happened. I thought I wouldn't be able to buy this home because it already had a pending sale and the seller wanted CASH. I thought my offer would have no chance because VA loan was my best financing option. Feeling discouraged, but Marysol stayed up late at night to help me to take a shot in the last minutes. Wow!!! Marysol could get the seller to take my offer, which was only $600 more than the other highest offer. Not only that, the seller accepted the VA loan, which saved me around $8,245 in closing cost and funding fee. That was a miracle there. Furthermore, my hot water heater broke shortly after closing and 2-10 insurance refused to pay the claim. Marysol relentlessly fought the insurance company and I got my reimbursement. Normally, you don't get that kind of service from real estate agent after closing. That truly demonstrates that Marysol is not a typical real estate agent; she's highly professional and ethical one who is willing to go above and beyond for her client's best interest. It's been my fortunate to have Marysol as my realtor and I would love to do business with her again anytime. |
