Christin began property cleaning services in 1999. Her responsibilities entailed cleaning houses prior to their final walk through as well as cleaning houses for sellers who were overwhelmed with the pressures of moving, and did not have the time or energy to clean and prepare their house for the market. Christin would arrive when that last box was moved out and thoroughly clean each property for immediate listing.

In 2001, Christin cleaned and maintained model homes for sale in the Black Bear Estates (on Black Bear Golf Course) and was honored to clean and detail model homes in The Home Builders Associations Parade Of Homes annual awards event.

Christin is a Certified Registered Sterilization Technician. She graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College and interned at Milton Hospital/Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Massachusetts. Trained and experienced in sanitary engineering, every property is cleaned with attention to detail with a focus on cleaning neglected or overlooked areas.

Michael is a certified program operator. Experienced at being detail orientated, precise and hardworking, his responsibilities include the administration of Second To None Services such as meeting with clients, scheduling appointments, organizing schedules, writing proposals and regulating the maintenance of equipment, and supplies up keep. Michael keeps the daily operations of our cleaning business running at tip top shape. He is also a part of the cleaning team.
