WORK INDEPENTANTLY AS WELL AS IN PARTNERSHIP: My real estate career in most cases requires to work as a self-employed professional and partnering with representatives in the fields of realty, title, escrow, law and mortgage lending.
ORGANIZED LIFE ALL AROUND: My real estate service involves dealing with several clients in various stages of their real estate goals of selling or buying properties. While working with current clients, I am also involved in personal promotion by networking with the public attending meetings and sponsoring community or school projects. The weekly work schedule requires me a high degree of organization to avoid overlooking and overbooking. My job as a real estate sales professional demands close attention to detail to make the most from each day while avoiding the possibility of a late arrival or a no-show for a promised appearance.
COMMUNICATE WELL: My continual involvment in real estate industry has taught me that it demands that I develop so many skills including quality listening skills and build these talents to interpret my clients' messages. People frequently avoid talking honestly about personal finances, and many can't express needs in realty terminology. A fixer-upper house means one thing to the client and another to a real estate agent. I can read into what the client is saying or deliver a range of options covering the possible interpretations. I also learned to express opinions in a tactful manner and understand the importance of keeping clients informed about the progress of their real estate transactions.
