I am a recent graduate from the Academy of Court Reporting with my Associate of Applied Business Degree in Paralegal Studies.  During the program I studied Real Estate law and familiarized myself with the rights  that buyers and sellers have during selling or buying a home.  Although I am not an attorney I can tell you what is proper in a real estate transaction.

I have been a Realtor since 2002 and I have found myself informing my clients about the home buying process and making sure that they understood the terms and conditions of the documents they are signing. I am also a Certified and Background checked Notary Public.  I witness and notarize buyers signature at the closing of  transactions.  By doing this I am armed with the knowledge to assist my potential buyers with their anxiety of signing a bunch of papers they do not understand.
