As a realtor since 1987, I have learnt many things about our area and our market, but I have especially have learnt alot about my clients. The cool thing about having been a salesperson for such a long time is that I don't have a client base...I have a friend base. I love all of my clients. I love hearing from them, getting caught up in their news and seeing the changes take place in their lives. One of the things I say to all of my first time clients is " Choose a realtor you like, trust and enjoy their company." This is the most important financial commitment you are going to make you have to have someone in your corner who you know is working in your best interest. Residential Real estate is my area of expertise. As I have sold real estate for so long, I have found my clients have moved to all different areas of the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. I have made those journeys with them. I have literally sold hundreds of strata units and I am very well versed in all the do's and don'ts of what a strata entails, so you can be totally confident that when you make your purchase we will know all the facts, not just some of them.
One of the things I love the most is working with buyers. As I am a Mortgage Broker and a Realtor, I can walk you through every step of the financing and buying process. There is no such thing as a silly question, and I expect you to ask them all. I will guide you step by step through the whole process and you will (hopefully) understand everything you are doing. I want to make this journey fun and as stressfree as possible.
My other area of expertise is Mortgages and financing. For all the years I have been in the business, I have found it difficult to find someone to help my clients with their financing. You are about to make the biggest purchase of your lifetime and I really feel you should understand the whole process. Not just the buying part. How does a mortgage work? What is the difference between a fixed and variable rate? How do you find out what you qualify for? I love spending time with people and helping them understand, ask questions and really know what they are getting into. My job is to give you the information and the you decide how you want to use it.
