| Bev West was truly exceptional to work with. She returned all of our phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries very punctually. When we were looking in the area that we liked, she had detailed knowledge of the comparable neighborhoods. There was no blindness nor confusion, she explained everything she was doing in detail. She also explained every detail to us as to what we needed to do and why. Bev had an extensive network of inspectors and other insurance providers, anything we needed. It was a tall order when we approached Bev to help us purchase a home in Fort Collins summer of 2015. With FOCO being one of the most desirable places to live in the US it made for a mammoth of a task to buy a home. Bev was faced with an extraordinary tough buying market but was also faced with representing my wife and I as we lived in New Mexico. Bev immediately made it a point to know what we were looking for in a home and got to know our expectations. This was so important because we did not have the advantage to personally look at each listing we liked. Our trust and faith were 110% in Bev throughout the process. So much that due to our busy life out of state did not permit us to see the home until we closed on the home!!! It takes a skilled and savvy realtor to navigate these types of markets and be able to close a successful deal. Bev did it! We could not be happier with our purchase. Thank you Bev! |

| Bev West helped us find our first (and current) home which we love, at a price we could afford, in a neighborhood that is perfect for our young family. She was flexible with our strange schedules (newborn) and never acted bothered by our price range or desire to see many houses. We briefly worked with another real estate agent before Bev who did not treat us well, we felt, because of our somewhat lower end price range for a home. Once we found Bev, we found an agent who cared about our needs. She came to the hospital to see our 2nd son after he was born, and she even handled some arrangements with a home inspector on our behalf just hours after our son's arrival. We recommend Bev to friends, and they have glowing reports of Bev's care for them, too. Bev has knowledge of the market in our area, was quick to follow leads on new listings for us, and has continued to keep in contact with an occasional, informative email about real estate, Christmas letters, etc. If we ever have to sell and move our home, we will call Bev. |
