Born and raised in Miami, Florida Serafin Sanchez or "Serf" as he is known to his clients started in Real Estate at the age of 19 buying and flipping his first property. Many properties later he decided that real estate was in his future. Since then, he was a founding member to The Keyes Co.'s #1 Real Estate team earning them several awards including most transactions in 2005, 2006, & 2007. Highest sales volume 2006 with $77 million dollars in closed sales. Also, attaining the highest level of achievement in the company, the prestigious Vanguard Circle Award representing an excess of $10 million dollars in sales in 2005, 2006 & 2007.

Serf has branched out on his own and joined the Keyes Doral office to provide his clients with better service and results they deserve.

Serf is a privileged member of the Florida Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and the Greater Miami and the Beaches Board of REALTORS. These relationships guarantee buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day. This also provides his sellers with valuable exposure of their properties to a huge network of buyers from other firms across the country.

On his time off, Serf enjoys spending time with his wife Lourdes and their three kids Sera, Roman ans Sienna. As an avid golfer, you can also find him playing 18-holes with clients and business partners at many of South Florida's premiere courses.
