We provide 24/7 emergency response to residential and commercial properties here on Long Island and are usually on scene within four hours from the time of the call.

Our Standards: 

1 hour from notice of loss, a SERVPRO professional will be in contact to arrange service.

4 hours from notice of loss, a SERVPRO professional is on-site to start mitigation.

8 hours from notice of loss, a verbal briefing of the scope will be communicated to the appropriate person (Insurance company or Insurance Adjuster).
