Shiya (Shea) Gross joined John J. Lease Realtors in 2004, since that time he has built a large client base with many builders and developers in the Hudson Valley.  In addition, he has continued to build a reputation in this area for selling new construction homes. 

He is currently the sales and marketing manager of many new home communities and is responsible for marketing numerous new homes throughout the Hudson valley. In addition to new home sales, Shiya has been involved in many land acquisitions for clients and for himself.   Buying property first hand and being able to develop them has been key in gaining experience and first hand knowledge of land development. 

Shiya and his wife Chana live in the lower HV, his wife is very busy as a homemaker with their five children.
