I would like to share an experience that I just had while on vacation in Idaho and Montana. My boyfriend was heading up there to attend his 40th year High School re-union, while looking forward to the experience, we also had many challenges to getting there, on time, visiting with family and friends along the way, sightseeing, taking some time for ourselves, but the best part of the trip was when I was able to help 2 different people with 2 different challenges in one week that I couldn't have know were coming at me for anything.

The first one, I assisted the Seller in locating a knowledgable Realtor to list a property take she truly needs to sell quickly. The 2nd one was alot more interesting.  

After working with a title officer, the owner of the property and many phone calls later, we had the answer and solution to their problem, They called me a "ONE IN A Million Realtor, because most would not have taken the time to help, had the knowledge and the perserverance to achieve the goal.  On my side, I just helped another person of the Earth.

 I guess all the years of Continuing Education Hours and becoming a Broker in Arizona has helped at least 2 people, and many more.
