I am Sherry Lewis, the owner.  Sheer Mortgage has been in business for 6 years.  However, I have been in the mortgage industry for 12 years as an underwriter, processor and account representative.  I have a passion for mortgage financing and appreciate any and all business that I receive.  95% of my business are referrals and I stay in touch with most of my clients.  I always will remain a small office because I believe in personal relationships with my clients. 

 My underwriting experience helps me tremendously with saving time on loans because I know in a very short time whether its a deal there or not without having to wait on a lender.  Each loan officer handles the whole process from start to finish so our clients are not talking with 3 & 4 different people.  We take continuing education classes throughout each year and attend seminars to keep us up to date with what the industry is doing.  We are in the office and are accessible there every day from Monday to Friday and we do not have caller id. 

We haven't had any complaints that weren't immediately resolved and will release a list of references from clients to lenders for you to call.  We're a family based company and believe that next to God, comes family.
