Growing up in Western Canada, Shelley had the opportunity to learn real estate at a very young age through her father's brokerage. It would be a couple more decades before obtaining her first real estate license in the State of Nevada. Shelley has been active in the Las Vegas marketplace since 1997. After obtaining multiple designations including the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2008, she also obtained her Texas real estate license. Upon her move to Northwest Arkansas, Shelley obtained her Executive Broker license and eventually affiliated with the up and coming independent firm, Clark Partners Realty Group. Her passion for the environment has led her to achieving an EcoBroker Certification/Designation. While always enjoying the thrill of working with first time buyers, Shelley has experienced the Luxury and resort/vacation home market as well. Due to having the E-Pro certification, Shelley can assist Buyers and Sellers at any time and from anywhere in the country, in a timely manner to maximize their negotiating timeframes.
