My passion is real estate. Over the years I have helped many people find the perfect home or sell their residence or investment property. My experience covers all price ranges of properties, custom home lots, new construction whether it be a production home or a custom home and single family homes. I have also marketed and sold condos and townhomes in addition to finding the right one for a buyer. I am now fortunate to work with the grown children of some of my early clients. My real estate career began selling acre lots for custom homes in an undeveloped area of western Broward County. That experience led to several opportunities as the developer's agent in the custom home communities of Davie, Florida. Also, my experience allowed me to market and sell Cooper City development homes for the builder and condos and townhomes in Davie for a developer. At the same time, my business thrived with the resale market in all of Broward County. I am able to confidently sell all types of residential properties. My volunteer activity involved the Town of Davie as an appointee to advisory committees for the Town. I also offered my time and expertise on several committees for the South Broward Board of Realtors. To ensure the preservation of open spaces as Davie built out, I was a part of the founding of the Davie Area Land Trust. Parks and open space are crucial to neighborhoods and Davie is known nationally for it's dedication to those amenities.
