William Shue co-founded iSucceed.com. in 1998 with my partner David D'Arcangelo and a group of the real estate industry's top producing agents as a peer-to-peer productivity vehicle for agents nationwide to gain first -hand moneymaking tips and business strategies from existing top performing and successful agents.  What began as a small group of top agents looking for a method to give back to the industry that has been so generous to them; has grown to 175+ of the nation's top REALTORS® as it's faculty, contributing their top proven cutting edge tips, tools strategies, and shortcuts.   Today Shue is President of the company, which merged with the RealtyU Group of companies, the leaders in Career Development for real estate agents. 

Prior to co-founding iSucceed, William Shue conceptualized and co-founded Caribiner International where I successfully built the company as president/CEO from a start up to an $100+ million New York Stock Exchange company during a 9-year period. During my tenure, Caribiner became the leader in corporate training and audio video productions. The client list of fortune 500 companies included: IBM, Ford, Disney, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, and many more. 

Bill Shue holds a BS in accounting from Rider University and a MBA in finance from the University of Houston. I have also held various professional licenses including CPA, insurance license, and Securities licenses 7, 24, and 27

In the early 1990's six prominent regional real estate schools started working together on a formal basis by sharing ideas and cooperating to provide their students better real estate education and training services. In 1995 Inner Circle Education (ICE), Inc. was formed and by 1998 the synergy was so valuable that participation was opened up to include a few other real estate schools.

In 2001, ICE changed its name to RealtyU® and in 2002 it was decided under new leadership to expand the network nationwide with the addition of carefully selected, ethical and experienced real estate schools and in 2004 numerous additional real estate education initiatives were added to broaden the service offerings.
