I have teacher's loans (CalStrs) that allow you to buy with 3% down and public employee loans. I have helped many buyers buy using the DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE programs, if you do not have the money saved up to buy with 3.5% down. I find you a home usually within the first 10 showings 98% of the time...We rarely have to go over the 10 showing limit. When you TELL me what you want, and we R pre approved..which can be done in 20 min. with my lender, the home buying process is EZ & FAST!
