Hi, thanks for stopping by. I have been at this business for 6 years now, and still learning everyday. I am a full time agent and I take my job seriously. There's a lot at stake for my clients and myself with each transaction.
Since at Prudential I have become certified as a relocation specialist, as well as the designation of e-certified. Simply stated, I know how to navigate very well on the computer, thank you.
Your interests are my highest priority. I try very hard everyday to be the best I can be, and keep learning. I don't think that I will ever totally retire as I cannot imagine not doing something.
I would be happy to speak with you about Prudential and how I would be a positive force in getting your home sold in the quickest time and the best price possible.
I am very familiar with East hampton, Colchester, East Haddam, Portland, Marlborough and parts of Middletown.
I grew up in West Hartford, and lived in Newington for 20 years, so I also very familiar with those towns as well. My daughter went through the Newington school system.
If you don't already know, East Hampton is about 10 miles East of Middletown down Rt 66. You can also get into Hartford from Rt 2 in about 30 minutes. East Hampton is proud to have the second largest spring fed lake in the state, over 500 acres. There are very large fish in this lake, which is stocked yearly as well with walleyes. There is also large mouth bass, and trout in the lake. There's a local bait shop where you can buy your bait for fishing and to get your licenses.
East Hampton is also on the Airline Trail, which is a former railroad line which runs from Portland thru Willimantic. Currently, the trail is used by residents for biking, running, walking, and even horseback riding. It's a beautiful trail that runs through mountainous terrain. It's nice to have the trail to enjoy.
So, I hope that you will get in touch with me if you would like to know more about this area. I hope to hear from you.
I have worked with people looking for horse properties, and have become familiar with what people are looking for in a equine property and community. I am also familiar with boarding stables in the area.
I love working with first time homebuyers. It is very rewarding to find a property for first time homebuyers. I have moved many people into East Hampton, and they all love living here.
I also work with a builder in the area who builds a beautiful house and is very competitive in pricing with other builders in this area. We have built homes in Colchester, East Hampton, Portland and East Haddam, CT. If you are thinking of new construction then you need to check him out.
The prudential office is located between Dalton's cafe and a hair salon..the smells in the office get very interesting. Our office is open 7 days a week.
