| We hired John to sell our house in Emerald Hills. John managed, what turned out to be, a complicated bidding war and was great at providing advice to us while also keeping interested buyers highly-engaged. We ultimately ended up selling the home very quickly for more than independent analysis had predicted. I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone selling a house.
