I am a Sales Manager for a growing community in Converse, Texas. We build brand new homes and help families with home ownership. I have been with my current company for 7 years and still enjoy what I do. There is nothing like helping a family with their first home. I also have a Real Estate License. I have won several sales achievement and Top Producer awards to which I am grateful for.
In my area we work with several Military families as well as first time home buyers. I am 5 minutes away from Ft. Sam Houston Army Base, 10 minutes from Randolph Air Force Base, and 20 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base. I always try and make the home-buying experience as easy as possible for my military families as well as my first time home buyers. I am able to help them with selecting a home, building a home, financing for their home. My mortgage company can assist my buyers with VA, FHA, and conventional loans. Here it is one stop shopping and I monitor and assist in the entire process from beginning to close and fund. I also maintain a friendly and professional relationship with my homeowners after the sale and close of their home. If there are any warranty items needed, I am here to help my homeowners get their items addressed.
