| From Jan. 19 to June 21, 2013 Sandy Wagner was engaged as the realtor for the short sale of my property at 522 N L. St, Tacoma, WA. During this time Sandy and I exchanged over 90 emails regarding the sale. She made uncounted calls, almost daily, to Chase Bank in her efforts to get the bank to agree to the terms of the short sale. She arranged for numerous documents to be forwarded to Chase. It was a time-consuming and thankless task. We had had a cash offer for months, but couldn’t get the bank to approve and negotiate the terms of the short sale. I personally didn’t believe we would ever get a sale, but Sandy persevered to the successful conclusion of the sale in late June. She deserves recognition at ReMax for the great job that she did for me. |

| Sandy worked incredibly hard to ensure that my home closed. I cannot thank her enough for lifting this immense burden from my shoulders. The past few months have been more than difficult and that's speaking from my perspective. | We put our house up for sale in the middle of this economic crises. Sandy from the start had a confident and positive attitude that our home would sell. She even helped stage our home and scoped out my competition. She did everything she could think of as well as collaborating with others to market our home. She also sent us weekly reports/updates keeping us current on the market fluctuations. We had an exceptional experience with Sandy and we highly recommend her to everyone who is trying to sell their home. |
