I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA but truly feel this beautiful place called Greenville is my home for life! My only regret is not moving here sooner! My business background has proved to be a valuable assett for success in this world of Real Estate.  I love building personal relationships with my clients, ones I hope to last a lifetime.  My clients can expect personal attention, professional care and steady communication. Integrity, honesty and patience are at the forefront of my business.  My goal is to have my clients feel confident in referring me to their family and friends.                        I believe before you entrust a realtor to help you make some very important decisions regarding the sale or purchase of property, you should take a minute to get to know a little about them.  After all, you should feel about your agent the way you feel about your favorite shoes - a good, comfortable, fit....    I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA (home of the 5 time Superbowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers).  After surviving many, many long, cold, snowy winters, my husband (of 32 years) and I decided it was time to head South.  After much research and several visits to the area, we fell in love with Greenville - packed our bags, sold our house and here we are, now, with our very own little piece of Greenville.  This area is by far the best kept secret in the country - a truly beautiful place, just bursting with beautiful people.    I attended Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, where I majored in Business Management.  For six years, I owned and operated my small decorating and painting business called Decorative Touch Interiors.  You will love my home staging skills!  I worked in the banking industry for a few years, and then took on the wonderful world of Real Estate. I chose to work as an agent for Keller Williams's Realty because their philosophy is consistent with mine: God, Family, then Business    Consumers today are quite savvy.  We can shop for and compare virtually any product we need online.  It is quite easy to spend hours surfing for cars, homes or real estate agents. I thought this short introduction and the following covenants may help with your search.    As your agent, I will never make any promises that I can not keep.    I will however promise you: *PROFESSIONAL CARE *PERSONAL SERVICE *TO ALWAYS BE YOUR BEST ADVOCATE *TO USE MY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY TO MAKE YOUR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION AS SMOOTH, TIMELY, AND STRESS FREE AS POSSIBLE

Whether buying or selling, you can be assured of professional care, personal service and always your best advocate.  Having owned my own decorating and painting business for six years in Pittsburgh, PA, you'll get expert staging consultations, which is a crucial aspect of todays market. In fact, I will help you do it! Studies show the most traffic for showing your home occurs within the first month on the market. That is why I encourage my clients to have the staging and small repairs finished before I list their home. The first impression is the most important and we only get one chance. I will use the latest market technolgy that has proven to be the most successful in selling your property. Studies show that most (87%) start their home buying and selling process on the internet. That is the best marketing tool there is.

Buyers will get an agent who listens to their needs and wants to make finding their dream home a reality. Patience and Integrity are at the forefront of my business. Selling or buying a home can be extremely stressfull as well as very exciting. My job is to relieve as much of that stress as possible so you can enjoy the excitement!

What is Home Staging?

In the competitive Buyers Market that we are in today, Home Staging is playing an increasingly important role.  First, let's differentiate home staging from decorating.  When you hire an Interior Designer, you are relying on their talent and skill to present you with a design that reflects your personal taste and personality.  Home staging is pretty much the opposite.  The purpose of Home Staging is two-fold; to de-personalize your home to make it appealing to the largest pool of potential buyers as possible, and second, to accentuate your homes best features to highest possible degree.  In general, you will hear that when selling your home - clear the clutter.  This goes without saying.  Often, when I am staging my client's homes, that is already done.  Some homes are very beautiful, but from a staging perspective, over decorated.  For instance, some have many beautiful artifacts and décor around their fireplace and potential buyers get so caught up in the décor, they almost forget there even is a fireplace. A correctly staged home would have limited accessories - just enough to show off that fireplace.  I will always recommend to remove excess furniture to show off all that floor space!  You may love that red wall - it's you!  But some buyers may look at it, realizing that one, it doesn't match their furniture and two, it will  take several coats of paint to cover.

It is also important to remember that it is important to have these things done before your house is listed.  Studies show the highest showing traffic occurs within the first 30 days of your listing. Don't wait for feedback from your agent to make the necessary changes that will help sell your home.  Don't let potential buyers walk away without fully seeing the very best your home has to offer.
