My name is Stephanie Morrell. I am a Colorado native and love what this state has to offer. Along with Real Estate, I enjoy hiking and biking in the foothills, camping with my husband, volunteering in my community, walking my dog, Mia, and taking her to the dog park, meeting new people, and of course, spending time with my family.
Real Estate has been my passion for many years and I am so happy to be able to help people work towards their goals. Along with my Colorado Real Estate License, I have a Business Management degree from Regis University and this assists me in running an efficient business. I chose to get my Business degree in order to better serve my clients. I now have a better knowledge of marketing, negotiating, and just a overall better knowledge of how to run a business while keeping clients very happy.. which at the end of the day is the most important thing.
When working with clients, I strive to understand their needs. Whether it is just learning about a community, or selling a home, I try to give my client all the tools they need to be able to reach their goal. The best reward in my business is not closing a deal, but seeing the way I can help impact people's lives in a positive way.
I work for Keller Williams Executives Realty. We are located in Highlands Ranch, CO off of C-470 and Lucent. I chose this company for the amazing people I get to surround myself with, as well as all this company has to offer my clients. On top of having all of the state of the art marketing tools available, they go above and beyond with their technology. There are so many resources available, if an agent or a client have a question or want more information about a specific topic, it is easy to find someone who knows it, or knows where to find it.
The training at Keller Williams is amazing and gives me the opportunity to stay informed and learn about all the new technologies and marketing tools before other offices have even heard about them. They provide training at least once a week on either a new technology that is coming to the office, or an existing one that we can better familiarize ourselves with. Our company strongly encourages our agents to be up to speed on all new tools that will help our clients. It is important to me to be able to provide my clients with the absolute best service, and Keller Williams helps me achieve that.
