I have worked for many Seller's and Buyer's over the past 25+ years and enjoyed most of it :). This past year I became a Property Manager for Beeline Reality & Property Management and... enjoy most of it :). The main reason or biggest reason I like this avenue is because I treat each of my owner's properties as if they were my own. I want them leased just as soon as possible to qualified tenants and never want to overspend on repairs. It's very time consuming work and I enjoy it.
