Stephen has been recognized by his clients and associates for his dedication, hard work and excellence in Real Estate sales.  With over 670 closed transactions he has the experience and expertise to understand any market.  Stephen is currently the Sales Manager with Lyon Real Estate-Sierra Oaks in Sacramento and brings with him the fruits of his experience as a past managing broker for  Keller Williams Group One in Reno.  He is a Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, and has been recognized as the 2007 REALTOR® of the Year – RSAR.

Stephen also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  Stephen sells Real Estate  including single-family residences, luxury homes,  as well as investment properties.  Stephen does utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to find solutions that are tailored to your needs.  He has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is always looking for ways to enhance the real estate experience of those who utilize his services.

Stephen is married to Dana Haley and together they comprise The Haley Team. Stephen and Dana enjoy walking and hiking with their Standard Poodle Sammy, and love travel and outdoor activities.
