Allen was born in Detroit, Michigan, and he was raised and educated in Canada. He considers himself a refugee from the cold. Prior to living in Arizona, Allen worked in Silicon Valley as a sales trainer and in sales and marketing for medical electronic venture capital start-ups such as Nellcor, where the pulse-oximeter was invented. Allen has also worked in sales and sales training for Corporate giants such as Warner Lambert, Pfizer and multi-national Chemical giant Boeringer-Mannheim. Allen's extensive background in marketing, sales and sales training and fifteen plus years of Arizona real estate sales and brokerage experience have prepared him for the rigors of the current Arizona real estate market. Whether representing a buyer or a seller, Allen has the education, experience and tenacity to find the impossible home for a buyer or to sell everything from a shack to a palace, always getting the best price possible for his clients.
