 I am married with two beautiful children, Kyle and Morgan, who both attend local schools.  Kyle is active in Boy Scouts, Upward Sports Programs, Local Little League, and a local theatre group.  Morgan is my little artist, and we plan on enrolling her in private classes to foster that gift.  She is also involved in a ballet and tap program, and has a unique appreciation for various music, which is great considering she's only 5!  My husband, Jerrad, is a Sussex County native.  His family started the poultry industry in the Bethany Beach/Ocean View area and his grandfather, David Steele, was the 1st postmaster in Ocean View!  Our little coastal area, here in Delaware, is full of so much history and offers such a relaxed and enjoyable lifestyle.

I am a well-rounded individual and am active in a local church, Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company, Friends of the South Coastal Library, Boy Scouts, and various other organizations that are in need of help and support.  I have lots of hobbies and am always looking for a new challenge to master.  Look for a few fun, unique, developmentally-appropriate children's books written by me within the next year. The topics are a surprise, but I will tell you that they are centered around local history and will feature local artwork.
