Southern Crafted Homes was started in 1990 with the goal of building and selling high quality communities with hoesty, integrity and a quest for excellence, earning us the highest level of respect within our industry and our community. Jim Deitch, Chief Operating Officer for Southern Crafted Homes has made a commitment to his team and his customers to provide the highest level of customer service possible by being accessible and accountable, responding the needs and desires of their communities and ensuring that thier homeowners enjoy the most positive customer experience possible.
Southern Crafted Homes has built in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years with a primary focus on New Tampa, North Tampa, and Pasco County. They focus on superior quality and service making the customer experience the best possible. Their staff are experts on building science and incorporate best practices into the design and construction of their homes. Southern Crafted Homes specialized in Energy Efficient Design winning multiple awards in this area and 100% of all Southern Crafted Homes are both Energy Star and Florida Green Building Coalition certified. They are also experts on handicap design and are equipped to design and build homes for handicap veterans including compliance with VA grant requirements.
Southern Crafted Homes has a special affection for military veterans with four of their staff having served in the military as well. Our design department is able to accomodate special requests and our construction department is very knowledgable and skilled in constructing these homes. We consider it a priviledge to serve those who have served us.
