Get to Know Stephanie Parson
Stephanie Parson has been in Real Estate for 25+ years. She graduated from St. Charles High and received her B.S. in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Stephanie has always worked in the housing industry: multi-family property management for over 20 years - supervising large apartment communities to overseeing an entire portfolio, including new construction and attaining the highest designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the CPM. She also worked with corporate housing and the relocated employees for several years. Most recently, Stephanie completed her Certified Senior Housing Professionals (CSHP). “I recognized the need for seniors to have an advocate who is trustworthy and committed to their needs. My philosophy going into this endeavor is to have, ‘An advocacy mindset and servant heart.’ I want to serve seniors with the exceptional service, care and commitment that they deserve.”
Stephanie is originally from St. Louis, and enjoys having her parents, siblings and in-laws all in the St. Charles area. Several family members were former local business owners or worked in the public education system. Stephanie is firm believer in faith, family, friends, doing the right thing and paying it forward. She loves reading, dogs, real estate, nature, traveling, great food and margaritas!

| We found Stephanie as a ELP from Dave Ramsey. We liked her the moment we met as she sent a packet of key questions and information we could fill out in advance. Upon her first visit to our home she went through the process, answered any questions and made sure we understood our rights and responsibilities as a seller. She gave us feedback on improvements needed and not needed to get the best return. We acted upon that feedback and called her back when we were ready to list. She was able to sell our home in 5 days and above asking price. She made sure she or her assistant touched based with us during the entire process. My husband and I would use Ms. Parson's services again. |

| Working with Stephanie was a breeze. I first met with her in 2014, and after talking with her it became obvious that my wife and I weren't ready to sell our house and shop for another in the Saint Louis area. Our situation changed in 2015 when I acquired a different job in another state. I gave reached out to Stephanie again and she came by our house a few days later. Within a hours my wife, I, and Stephanie all came to a happy agreement on the terms of selling our house, and within a few days her professional photographer showed up to take pictures. Stephanie gave constant feedback on ways we could better improve the chances of selling our house, as well as small things that could raise the price of the sell. Our house hit the market, and within two days it was under contract. We even battled a few issues while under contract and Stephanie did an extensive evaluation of all situations, and she was present for all of it. She was always just a phone call away, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Saint Louis area. |

| After my father passed away in late July, I contacted Stephanie Parson, a high school friend, on Facebook to discuss having her handle the sale of his home. When we first met, I was immediately impressed by Stephanie’s knowledge and straightforward approach and by her business’ thorough online presence. The fact that I live 5 1/2 hours away and had a demanding work schedule that would all but prevent my being at the house didn’t faze her, and I knew I’d never have to worry about a thing during the long-distance process. Stephanie offered great advice and guidance every step of the way and was extremely easy to work with whether through phone calls, emails or texts. The creative way she staged the house – whose décor was nearly unchanged from its 1972 construction – blew me away. And I don’t know how she did it, but she always was able to be at the house to accommodate the schedule of people needed to remove furniture. The house sold a little over 3 months after being listed. I am tremendously grateful for Stephanie’s hard work and willingness to go above and beyond. |

Once I put an offer in on a home, Jason coordinated with my mortgage broker, title company, and was even present for my inspectin, as I had to leave town. We closed on this home in 21 days! |

She was readily available and quick to answer our emails or phone calls. She provided guidance on how we could get our house ready for showing and kept us appraised on any showings or progress. My husband and I were concerned that our house would never sell or that we would lose a considerable amount of money. We were ecstatic when we received an offer of the asking price within 5 weeks of putting the house on the market and closed in less than a month.
