Continued education on short sales, foreclosures, loss mitigation, etc is necessary when counseling clients and project best market value on properties.Keeping clients up-to-date with new listings, sale and economic condition changes as they impact the market. My goal is to cover every detail of the process in an effort to make your sale or purchase as pleasurable and stress-free an experience for you as I can.
As I mentioned previously, education is important. Since becoming a Realtor in 1999 I have attained numerous designations. Such as LMC - Loss Mitigation Certification, SFR - Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource, ABR - Accredited Buyers Resource, CNHS - Certified New Home Specialist, CBR - Certified Buyers Representative, ASP - Accredited Staging Professional, SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist, then the certification required to handle relocation services including past and present Military personnel.
