This witty real estate agent is a true South-Sider! Spero was born and raised in the Chicago area. As a youth he attended Clara Barton Grade School, Calumet and Hubbard High Schools. He later attended the NY Institute of Finance, Richard J Daley Community College and the Moraine Valley Community College.
In 1974 Spero married Lauretta Peltier. It wasn't too long after getting married that the halls of their home filled with the sounds of little ones. In 1977 they welcomed their first child, Nicole. She was joined by her brother Joe in 1980 and her sister Amanda in 1984. Spero has proudly watched his children grow into the successful adults they are today. Joe is a union electrician and is currently engaged to his lovely wife-to-be Kim. Amanda is currently attending Illinois State University where she is a History major. And Nicole is married to "Brian the Plumber". Once again Spero is hearing the giggles and squeals of little ones as he is experiencing the wonderful world of being a grandfather. Nicole and her husband have blessed them with 4 grandchildren - Kyla, Josh, Grace, and Chloe.
Spero has been and remains very involved in the Chicago Marathon. As a runner, he covers about 20 to 60 miles a week! He is an active volunteer for Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) serving in the training of runners and the social committee.
When Spero is not working for his clients, spending time with his family, or running, there is a good chance you will find him either on the golf course or on a bike. Spero enjoys cycling both on the road and trails. If you are to find him with music playing, it is likely to be the Beatles. His kids claim he is a fanatic.
Spero supports local and national children's charities. He donates a part of every commission to the Children's Miracle Network. This year he will be a runner for the Children's Memorial Hospital at this year's Chicago Marathon.

During the process, Spero will keep in close contact with your loan professional, ensuring that the details of the contract are communicated in full and that you are positioned to close on time.
