Get to Know Jason Gault

Certified Distressed Property Expert. What does that mean? That means that I have taken the time to specifically educate myself on the unique challenges and opportunities related to buying, selling and marketing distressed properties. A "distressed" property is any property that is being sold or bought with extenuating circumstances. These can be required repairs, a foreclosure, a short sale, a forced sale, or any other influencing factor that adds pressure to the sale. Without knowing how to handle and resolve these issues, buyers can often pay too much or sellers gain to little on the sale. Working with someone who carries the CDPE designation gives you an immediate advantage. Contact me now to get started!

Working as a Real Estate Agent, I sometimes find myself having to educate clients about the mortgage process and programs because the program they are using may put stipulations on the property they purchase. Now I want to put my knowledge to work directly for you. My real estate experience ensures to you that I understand the entire process so your purchase transaction will get done in the most timely and cost beneficial manner possible. No surprises, no last minute changes; just a pleasant and timely transaction. I will help you:

Get pre-qualified quick; Find homes that suit both your needs and your mortgage requirements; Work with your lender to close as soon as possible; Attend your closing to ensure everything is correct and proper.

You can call me and get started in as little as ten minutes! I look forward to working for you.

Certifications

What is an intangible asset? Those are the things that matter most! Unlike most classes in real estate training, they are the things that books can't teach you!

Do I have to have a degree in psychology to be a Mortgage Originator? No, but my B.A. in Counseling Psychology certainly makes me a much better originator! Knowing how to establish better relationships adds value to all sides of every transaction. Sometimes, the best service I can give is telling a potential client what they NEED to hear, not what the want  to hear. My psychology background has also taught me the most effective way to bring the other side of a table to a decision without becoming confrontational. Reflective listening works! Let me prove it to you! Did I have to earn Summa Cum Laude honors to graduate? Absolutely not - but if something is worth doing - it's worth doing all the way! Did I have to put 10 years as a builder, contractor and site manager to become a Real Estate Agent? Not even close - but if I am helping you buy or sell a home, the better I know the market, the better I can assist you! Do I have to read Real Estate market snapshot I can get my hands on? Do I have to go to every seminar and training session I can? Certainly not - but the world of Real Estate is constantly evolving and I want to make sure I give my clients the best and most accurate approaches to helping them manage the largest purchase they will probably ever make!
