I really try to be humble. Writing about myself has never been comfortable for me, but I realize that sometimes it is necessary.
I'm highly designated CRS (Cerified Residential Specialist). Only 4% of realtors nationwide have obtained this highest and most presigious honor. SRES ( Senior Residential Specialist), GRI ( Graduate of the Realtor Institute), TRC ( Transnational Referral Certified), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), are my other current designations. I have 35 years of business experience My attributes: trustworthy, dependable, honest, enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive, diligent, and results orientated. I have acquired over the years; experience, advanced comprehensive education and training, and have a very high volume of real estate transactions. I treat every client's home as if it were mine, knowing that results and client satisfaction are keys to my success. My accomplishments include BA in Business at the University of Northern Iowa, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Retiree of John Deere. I possess tremendous marketing and negotiating skills.
