What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  I have been in the real estate business for  23 years.  Before that I worked for Bank of America, so I have a good idea about the way lenders work.  I started as a loan officer.  Again I am very familiar with the lending side of a real estate transaction.  I had a real estate licence working as a "lender".  When I obtained my licence again, I became a full fledge realtor.  I work for a company that is very supportive of its members.  Our office has 85 agents and all of us try to help one another, especially with the listings,  eg.  if one of us cannot do an open house on a certain date, somebody from my office will do it, or show the property for one another's clients.  My broker is a very knowledgeable person, he has been doing REO listings for over 22 years.  My company, Prudential California Realty, has a partnership with one of the biggest internet companies in the real estate world - Realtor.com.  The platinum membership is available to all of us for free, that means we can enhance our listings any time we need to.  We also have a partnership with Yahoo and Craig's list.  I also belong to Realbird.com, a company that will automatically, once I input it into their website, post it in more than 10 sites.  My office has a weekly tour of our new listings, plus our board has also a weekly tour.  The exposure that our listings get is tremendous.  I speak, write and read Spanish fluently.  Here in California, that is a big plus.   My children went to school in Concord and were very active in sports.  On weekends we went all over Northern California for tournaments, and between games I explored the cities from end to end, so I am very familiar with most of the areas in Northern California and specifically the San Francisco Bay Area.
