 With over 750 million dollars in career direct managed New Home Sales. Sally started her sales journey with Long & Foster over 30 years ago, realizing early on that she had a passion for new home sales. Having worked for many mid size to large local Builders in the early years as a Sales Project Manager, to opening a New Homes Division for Prudential Preferred Properties in the mid 80's.

It was on and upward to the Baltimore Metro Area New Home Sales and Marketing Company, Builders 1st Choice, where she held the position of Senior Sales and Marketing Director for 8 years. Responsible for over 200 sales mangers and over 1500 settled sales units, and day to day management of multiple builder accounts in Maryland and Pennsylvania. 

In order to broaden her business acumen Sally accepted a position with Residential Title & Escrow as Vice President of Builder Land Acquisition, where her knowledge was expanded to service builder client, find, purchase and development building projects throughout the entire Baltimore Metro Area. 

Always reaching for the stars Sally was hired by Lennar, to orchestrate the acquisition of B. Andrews & Company a local new home power house. 

In the midst of the worst downturn of the housing market, Sally made the bold move to open her own sales and marketing company The New Home Partnership Group, where she successfully took her largest client, Universal housing Group re branding the companies image into the widely successful VPEC Regent Realty LLC. 

An extreme passion for Real Estate Sales continues to drive her to help buyers, sellers, real estate investors and builders. 

Sally would however be the first to tell you of her greatest loves, her husband of 35+ years Lance, and her brightest star's, her children Audrey and Sam.

Regents Realty, LLC, Director of Sales and Marketing as it pertains to the client's new home communities.  Increased this large local builder group from a number 7 ranking in condominium sales for the Baltimore Metro area to the number 1 position, through expertise in sales management and training techniques, as well as exceptional direction of the marketing and advertising.  Increased this large local builder group from a number 6 ranking in town home sales to a number 2 ranking in the Baltimore Metro area.   These rankings where held and increased throughout 2007 up to January of 2009.

Hired by Lennar to orchestrate the acquisition of  B. Andrews & Company.

Successfully mentored and assimilated a medium sized sales force of 30-40 sales team       members into the corporate culture of Lennar.  Responsible for all aspects of Sales      and Marketing direction.  Successful in implementation and monitoring all corporate      expectation relevant to    Sales, Starts and closings. Experienced in land acquisition,             product development and product positioning. Expertise in creating and adhering            to corporate budgeting requirements.  Directed a team of advertising and marketing professionals in all aspects of corporate marketing campaigning. Averaging          over 75 million in sales volume yearly.

Managing a staff of over 35 employees, Directing builder relations with over 90 new home builder clients, new home industry knowledge allowed Residential Title to grow from over 180 New Home settlements per month to over 300 per month.  Increasing corporate revenues over 37% in 1 year.  Experienced in Land Acquisition within the entire Baltimore Metro market, to include Harford County, Cecil County, and Southern Pa.

Responsibilities included but not limited to: Coaching, Training and advising 12 Sales and Marketing Managers, as well as directing all Sales and Marketing aspects of my own individual builder client accounts.  Over 250 units settled on personal accounts and over 1900 company wide units settled in 1998.  Personal settled volume of over 62 million in 1998.  Hiring, training and coaching all personnel for individual client accounts.  In 1998 direct supervisor for 28 on site sales team members. Preparation of initial budget proposals as well as managing ongoing approved budgets as they pertain to both Sales and Marketing.  Directing all individual clients advertising. Conducting needs assessments for potential clients. Recruiting Sales team members.  Member Builder Marketing Society.
