Shawn is the founder and instructor of the Complete Real Estate Services & Training (CREST) program. The aim of this program is to coach new realtors in the intricacies of pre and post real estate licensing through his exclusive computer based CREST training module. Shawn puts a great deal of care into educating his clients when viewing homes. With a firm grasp on property rules and regulations, he can help direct you towards objective and carefree decisions.

Although most of his expertise is concentrated in the "North Shore", he has an equal understanding of the entire Metro Vancouver real estate dynamic. Recently, Shawn spent time in Mexico investigating lucrative opportunities for investors. If this isn't enough, he is also very comfortable conversing in both Dutch and Farsi.
