Real Estate is in my genetic code, as my Mother is a Realtor as well as other members of my family. I remember going with my Mother on Real Estate appointments as early as the age of 7.
After graduating from N.Attleboro High School in 1988, I went to Norwich University in Vermont and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. After working in Human Services for a short time after graduation, I got my Real Estate License.
My Mother, Tina Golant, & I immediately began to work together as a Mother/Daughter team. That was over 14 yrs ago, and we are still working together today. The majority of my career in Real Estate has been within working in our own Real Estate agency. In June 2009, we merged Action Real Estate with Re/Max Real Estate Center and it has been an extremely positive change!
I hold the following professional designations; ABR, LMC and I am currently working on my GRI.
I havexperience in working with First time Buyers and have the patience and knowledge to guide them through the entire purchasing process with a miniumum amount of stress & anxiety.
I also have a great deal of experience working with sellers who are also buying and coordinating the process so that they can close on both properties on the same day.
I work with short sales and foreclosed properties, as well. I am Loss Mitigation Certified and am knowledgable about the pros and cons of the short sale and foreclosure process.
