In order to keep up-to-date with what is happening with DC politics and real estate, I volunteer for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® Public Policy Committee and sit on the DC Association of Realtors® Board of Directors.
Besides selling Real Estate, I'm very active in the animal rescue community. I volunteer with many local groups and focus on TNR - trap, neuter, return of community cats, and fostering cats and kittens that are pulled from the street life.

| This is now the third real estate transaction that my wife and I have had with Stacey. I must say that each transaction was handled with top notch professionalism, transparency, with care, and honesty. We met Stacey almost 10 years ago as 1st time home buyers. The one thing that stood out about Stacey is that she takes pride in her sales, she makes sure the sale is right for her clients and not for herself, and she is very straightforward and honest. She never tries to pressure you into anything. And provides any and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. Fast forward to earlier this year we decided to sell our townhome and buy a new construction build. The transaction had a lot of moving pieces and parts. And the timing needed to be right the first time for this to work. Stacey helped lead us to the finish line flawlessly. We had to sell our townhome before we closed on our new home. We needed to do so in order to free up our VA loan on our first home to requalify and put it towards the purchase of our new build. We went under contract a few days after we listed our home. We even got to cancel our open house before it happened. We got above asking price for our home. Stacey also negotiated us to rent back, so we did not have to move into a temporary location until our new home was finished. The timing of everything could not have been any more perfect. We closed on the sale of our 1st home just about 2 weeks before we closed on our new home. She got all the documents over to our new mortgage lender to free up our VA Loan and we were able to close on time. We are now living in our new dream home. We appreciate the great work that she has done throughout all 3 transactions. As a 1st time home buyer, as a 1st time home seller, and as a 2nd time home buyer. My wife and I would not want to do these transactions with anyone else. Our real estate agent is better than yours, but yours could be just as good if you work with Stacey. |

| Stacey did an incredible job helping us sell our house in 4 days and buy another house with a 14 day contingency. She was patient, guided us, and gave us great direction on what to do to sell our home as well as gave us her expert opinion on what the best strategy would be to purchase a new one. After we moved into our new home and had a couple issues pop up, she stuck with us through everything to make sure the house was what was expected. Her follow through is unmatched and she genuinely cares. I would highly recommend Stacey! She knows DC inside and out. |

| Stacey helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Silver Spring and she was incredible. She made it easy to see some great houses and never pushed us toward something outside of our budget. When she saw something that raised a red flag, she was great at not only warning us, but helping us to understand her concerns. Ultimately, she helped us get our first offer accepted and guided us through a sort of complicated closing process (not her fault). She was immediately responsive, helpful even after closing, and overall helped make our first home purchase a great experience. We've already recommended her to friends. |

| We were first time house buyers and Stacey was amazing. She had an in-depth knowledge of the whole DC, Maryland and Virginia metro area. She truly wanted to understand what we wanted and needed in a house (even though we weren't so sure ourselves at first). She was awesomely responsive to finding listings and getting out to see houses. Literally, we did a marathon Saturday seeing 11 houses. She was incredibly patient and helpful walking us through the house-buying process and helping us learn the market and the area. She's a straight shooter and honest, yet tactful. We put offers in on three houses, and Stacey was great letting us know what our offers should look like and why and finally negotiating the best deal for our first home. Because of Stacey's hard work we were able to see, put in an offer and have that offer accepted on July 4th! |

| I gave Stacey a run for her money right from the start. I randomly reached out to her late one night because we had a common interest. I told her I wanted to list my house immediately and have an open house by the weekend. She met with me the next day and was able to get everything prepared in time to have the house on the market and open in in just a few days. The sale was immediate an then the real work began. We had such a difficult buyer and Stacey kept the ball tolling forward with a calm, patient presence. Even thought I had thrown up my hands again and again and wanted out she made this sale happen despite myself and they buyer. | Selling with Stacey made the entire process very easy. I live out of town and had to rely on her to assess the place, find the people to fix some major aspects of my condo. She got the best people who charged a fair price and they made my condo look as good as new. I even staged it after she consulted 3 different companies and they did a terrific job. Stacey got all the people I needed to get the condo to sell, emailed me all the documents that needed signatures and even sold it before the first advertised Sunday opening. I highly recommend anyone looking in the DC area and suburbs who are looking to buy or sell a home to consider using her. |

While we were looking for homes she worked with our different schedules; taking each of us to see properties at different times. | I had a great experience with Stacey. I showed up in Washington DC and only had 2 days before I had to fly home to find a place. I initially showed up looking for places in one part of DC and abruptly changed my mind halfway through the process. Stacey had no qualms acting on the fly and setting up a new list of potential apartments during lunch. The second day, she had created an even more refined list based on my demanding criteria: 2 bedroom, small condo fees, close proximity to a grocery store, near a metro, and only in certain neighborhoods. I ended up finding the perfect place and a year later I am completely happy with it. I would recommend Stacey to any new homebuyer without hesitation. |

| My wife and I used Stacey as a buyer's and seller's agent. We first bought a new home in the ultra-competitive Capitol Hill area. Stacey took the time to understand our interests, our must-haves, and gave us a list of homes to tour. She also was receptive to our comments and adding homes that we had found on our own. Time is of the essence in this market, and she often contacted us first to arrange times to see the homes which sparked our interest. When buying and selling, we appreciated her thorough research, sage advice, and knowledge of the market. Stacey provided counsel but ultimately gave us the freedom to make the final choice. I would say she seeks to give her clients as much information as possible while providing them the space to make the final decisions. In addition, Stacey is funny and very personable.
