Orignally from Southern California and a family of realtors, a family job transfer brought her to Solano County in 1995.  After settling in Benicia Stacy began her association with Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific that has been a happy and productive one.  Using her knowledge acquired through a long history of buying forclosure and distressed property, then fixing it to either sell or keep as an investment, she has been able to help clients who are intrested in thay type of property.  She has also been able to use her personal relocation experience (Husband, 2 kids,2 cats, and a dog) to help her clients who are facing the same kinds of transitions.  Stacy is a full time Real Estate Associate and enjoys working in all facets of the buisness.  The first time buyer, investor, builder, and those people looking for that next perfect home.  Not only restricted to Benicia  she has sold homes in Solano, Contra Costa, Napa, and Lake Counties.  Through the years Stacy has cultivated a network of sources to help find the answers to her clients questions and needs.  So if it is school, community, lender , or any question that you may have, she will work to find you an answer.  Not only a Buyers agent Stacy is a strong listing agent she believes that marketing your home using an agressive creative approach will get the job done.
