Scott Allan is an Associate Director for Cushman & Wakefield - Commercial Properties SW Florida located in Fort Myers.  Scott is a reputable thought leader in the local real estate market with extensive expertise in Multifamily, Industrial, and Investment Sales.  Additionally, Scott has a background in construction and currently serves as Project Manager to several noteworthy new developments in South Lee County.
