Stephen Stanley was born and raised most of his life within about a 20 mile radius of Garland/Sachse area and grew up in a home where both his parents were Realtors and has been around the business since he was 5 years old.  Stephen has been a licensed agent since graduating from South Garland High School in 1983 thanks to taking all the required college classes for licenseing his senior year of High School at night from Richland Community College.

   Stephen worked in the Real Estate business from 1983 till approximately 1994 with his family unitl his father passed away in 95' and he took a break from the industry and ran restaurants until 1995 when he realized he missed doing what he loved best, helping people find just the right house and thus went back to the Real Estate industry with the lady that convienced his parents to be Realtors, Mrs. Odie Hall, who has been in the business in the same location in Sachse for over 50 years now.

   After re-establishing himself in the industry again Stephen ventured out on his own and opened his own office with a couple of other agents for approximately 8 years and specializing mostly in commercial properties at that time.  Then in 2008 wanting to diversify his business he purchased a RE/MAX Franchise and did well with that but decided after 3 years that it was not a good fit for him or his agents.  At that point he moved over to a newer company who's business model was more virtual office but again was not just the right fit for Stephen.  Then in March of 2012 he met the owner and managing parterner of Diamond Realty Group.

   Now a new chapter in the Real Estate industry begins and what looks to be what could be a very long and successful partnering with Kenneth and Diamond Realty Group and a new way of doing business in todays highly technical Real Estate Industry.  Diamond has all of the lastest and greatest technology merged with some highly sucessful agents in the North Texas area to follow a very successful offices in Shrevport, LA and soon to making the transition nation wide with this new busniness model.
