Having grown up as the son of a Realtor and Developer, a career in Real Estate was a natural choice. I have specialized in the Las Vegas and Henderson Market for the last fifteen years and have worked closely with relocation and second/vacation homes. I make sure the transactions are smooth and without drama and count many of my former clients as current friends.
Designations:
ABR®
The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria, by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.
SRS
SRS - Seller Representative Specialist - is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.
I have worked closely with relocation and second home clients, many of whom are foreign nationals. Having lived in several countries has given me a unique perspective in dealing with foreign national purchasers and the challenges they face in buying and selling in our market.
I have also hold the ABR and SRS designations and successfully balance my focus between a buyers and sellers agent.
