I have a degree in Fine Art with a focus on American Art and Architecture. My interest in houses started in childhood with an obsession over my grandparents' stunning old Pennsylvanian farmhouse. I married my college sweetheart, a contractor, and together we have developed a business specializing in real estate investing. We purchase run-down or outdated properties in promising neighborhoods, design and renovate them with high-quality materials and attention to detail, then sell them at reasonable prices to folks who will enjoy them. Our goal is to refresh rural communities in the Finger Lakes region, to provide clean, beautiful living spaces for as many as possible.

Obtaining my real estate license started out as a way to make investing easier, and has now beome a true passion. Your environment, what you surround yourself with, the space you retreat to for down time and invite others into, is one of the most important things in life.
