Schubert Real Estate is an independent real estate brokerage and advisory firm with offices in Katonah, Westchester County, New York and Delray Beach, Florida. The Company was formed in 2004 by Stephen Schubert, a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Stephen has been directly involved in over $2b in real estate transactions and oversight. Stephen’s experience covers all aspects of the life cycle of property ownership and management, including third party brokerage and advisory, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, property management, lease administration, and accounting and reporting. 

Most recently as an Asset Manager at a $10b private equity company in New York City, Stephen oversaw an $800m multifamily portfolio and was responsible for the overall performance of the assets and executing the business plans for each asset. 

Previously, Stephen was a Vice President at JP Morgan’s Real Estate Investment Group, where he oversaw a large commercial and multifamily portfolio of properties. 

In addition to his institutional experience, Stephen owned and operated his own apartment complexes.
