It is important to know that my expertise is in the East Valley where I both work and live for over 10 years. By living in the East Valley, it has given me an opportunity to know our many different communities and build an expertise in homes values.  Also the intangibles such as schools, recreation, employment, and entertainment.  My goal to always exceed my clients expectations.
