Steve Hopkinson has been a licensed realtor since 2000. He has participated in a broad range of real estate transactions from the average cookie cutter suburban home to the million dollar commercial real estate transaction. Oddly enough, Steve did not find the real estate business but rather in 1999 it found him while he was busy marketing fitness programs to corporate tenancies.

Through his own marketing efforts, Steve opened a relationship one of the worlds largest commercial real estate groups CB Richard Ellis. After several meetings and an effort to market his corporate fitness packages on a more permanent level. it became more permanent than he could have imagined. Steve’s whole approach unbeknownst to him became an audition for the company! He was eventually invited to join highest producing Markham/Richmond Hill Corporate Office Leasing Team from CB Richard Ellis which included an offer for more money than his current pay, and a free ticket to his realtor’s license. The rest is history.

In the past decade Steve has worked with and been mentored by million dollar producers in both commercial and residential real estate markets. He has channeled that knowledge and education into a fun, exciting, experienced independent sales career with Keller Williams, leaving a trail satisfied customers throughout this great region of ours. Steve has lived and worked in Upper York Region and Simcoe County since 1974 when his parents moved here. In that time he has lived and worked in Newmarket, Holland Landing, Queensville, Bradford, and Barrie. Growing up, Steve encountered many a real estate agent while be dragged all over by his parents to browse, buy, sell and build real estate at least 6 different times. In retrospect he might have thought his parents were in the witness protection program! Is it any wonder that Steve wound up in real estate? Thinking of hiring a realtor for your next buy and sell? 2007 Toastmasters District 60 Champion Of Public Speaking, I spend time learning how to become a more effective speaker from the platform, by hanging out with World Champions Of Public Speaking, Reading, and entering speech competitions, and learning how to get paid to do what i love to do. Currently searching for spirtual truths, and coming to terms with my intended purpose in life.
