I was a Navy brat!   We moved around the country until I was in 7th grade.   Born in Boston.  We lived in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Norfolk, Virginia before finally settling down in the middle of Pennsylvania where my mom was from.   Doubt you ever heard of Mill Hall, but maybe Lock Haven.

I attended a high school that no longer exists named Bald Eagle Nittany, and went 4 years and graduated at Lock Haven University with a degree in mathematics.   After graduating, I took the "big bucks" and moved to New Jersey (Basking Ridge) to become a teacher and coach.   I was the freshman basketball coach for 6 years and our teams won the conference title each year.  I was then offered the varsity job and moved to the high school.   My 1st year, I had fun and a lot of success (conference title and county title).  The last two years, not so much fun.

Was offered a position with AT&T to be trained as a computer programmer and took it.   Only stayed 5 years and took early retirement in 1984 when the "Bell System" was broken up.  During my years there, I was a data processing instructor and an operations surpervisor.  As I said, I only stayed 5 years....missed the classroom I guess!   Ended up teaching computer programming and mathematics in High Bridge, NJ and somehow was conned into coaching the girl's freshman team ("we can't play man to man!").   I am proud to say, they could play man to man and we finished with a school record of 16-4.

Moved to Charlotte, where my parents and sister were living, as a school teacher and taught off and on for 7 years.  Yes I got conned into coaching again....this time as a JV coach for a private school.   I was there 3 years, and all 3 years our varsity got to the state finals and all 3 years they lost.   I actually enjoyed my 3 years there as I got to teach 1st graders to seniors!

Went back to school with abandon by working on my master's degree in business and at the same time getting an associate degree in computer technology.  It was at this time I finished 2nd for a job in the computer department teaching....and it turned out for the best!

Instead I took the training and exam for becoming a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina.  I went to work, after passing my exam, for a mid-size real estate company (24 agents).   I later became a partner.  I was co-owner of this company in Charlotte for 8 years.  I worked for them for 17 years and found a new passion.....FENG SHUI.

I found out the power of using Feng Shui in selling my listings, and got so impressed...I sold my part of the company and got certified and trained with a well known school out of California.   I started a Feng Shui business called THE FENG SHUI CURE.   I took more training with some of the best minds in Feng Shui in the USA.   I wrote a book (amazing!) titled: FENG SHUI FOR THE REAL ESTATE AGENT (AND THE HOMEOWNER TOO!).  This book is available in all bookstores and on Amazon (amazing!).   I had been speaking on this topic all over North and South Carolina, and decided to create a designation/certification you could earn by taking an intensive 3-day workshop.   My wife and I teach this class and certifiy many real estate agents, stagers, and homeowners all over the south.

AND THEN....I started to get the "bug" about getting back into real estate locally.  I called my former partner who was getting frustrated in our old company and talked him into being my partner and starting over with a new company....Wilkinson & Associates.

I am now using my new skills (Feng Shui and the Internet) to make us better known and hopefully successful once again!
