Certifications

I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and professional move up buyers in the Bloomington/Normal area. I find that first-time buyers need to start the process off with a lot of information. By offering a free home buyers consultation to all my clients and especially first-time buyers, we start the process off on the right foot so to speak. Buying a home is about more than asking how many bedrooms, baths, and garage space. With the consultation I find out their motivation, what exactly their needs and wants are, and help get the right type of financing and legal advice. Then we can start looking for that right home.

I've also worked successfully with inbound and outbound relocating buyers. By being associated with RE/MAX, I can help the out bound consumer locate a RE/MAX associate to help them buy real estate anywhere in the USA and in 65 other countries around the world. How about a cottage in  Ireland or a Hotel on the beach in Costa Rica?
