I am a full time Real Estate Investor, Ebay Powerseller and Real Estate Agent. I have been active investing in real estate since 1997. I have bought and sold many properties throughout the united states and even purchased many of them with no money down. I joined ebay in 2003 and quickly became a Platinum PowerSeller. I have sold everything from campers, boats, real estate, clothes, motorcycles, printing presses and just about everything else you can think of. I first got my real estate license in Florida in 1998 and when I moved to Tennessee in 2006 I got my license here. | My 1st contact with Tim was from my Florida home, although Tim is from Florida I didn't know that at that time, we had not met beforehand. My choice with Tim was because he had such a high visibility on the internet sites I was viewing. As time approached for my travels to the Selmer area of Tn. we penciled in a meet date/time that came together. We had been tracking commercial buildings for 8 months & homes that were nearby. To my despair they had received an offer on my #1 pick commercial building 2 days before my arrival. Tim was able to come up with 3-4 other good possible sites but they fell short for reasons Tim was not made aware of beforehand. Then Tim came up with another possible solution. Because my wife & I wanted to live within a 10-15 minute drive of our family/grandkids that moved to Selmer 3 years earlier, Tim suggested to buy a house with enough land to build my Product Development workshop on. We viewed several and put them in priority. 6PM on a Thursday afternoon I called Tim with our 1st offer to present to seller. I was expecting a Friday morning transaction, to my surprise after several phone calls back n forth we had agreed on a price by 6:30PM the same Thur.. And more to my surprise we were able to close by 10AM Tue. before I had to return to Fl.. The bottom line is,, my wife & I are happy with the home & the fact that the kids & I'll be so nearby. I'm also happy because now I'll have a better footprint for workspace,, but the best part is the grandkids are all happy because we'll be just minutes away ! | With The help of Tim Crane I purchased four homes. He truly went out of his way for us and actually seemed to jump through hoops dealing with HUD on the first home. All of these homes were purchased in a one year tine frame....He does his homework and helps his customers get the best deal possible and is a great realtor to work with. | Mr. Tim Crane helped me purchase a home that I had dealt with other real estate agents prior to dealing with Tim. All the other agents where unable to negotiate with the seller, but Mr. Crane called me back with 10 minutes with an agreement from the seller. He did a great job keeping me posted on what was going on and me and my family are now homeowners. |

| Tim Crane, “Real Estate Professional” to my wife and I, we think that says it all. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes thru the years, and hands down Tim was the most “Professional” Real Estate person we have EVER! Worked with. He went beyond anything we had ever expected in a Realtor to do. Tim listened, and recommend to us what and where homes were available in the area we were looking to move to, and he kept in mind our price range we had to work with-in every step of the way. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for all the homes he showed us over a five month period, he would let us know in advance if the homes were worthy to look at or not so we didn’t waste our time looking into something he knew wasn’t our right fit.
