An accomplished real estate professional, NY resident Stuart Bienenstock draws upon more than two decades of experience and an education received while earning his MBA at Columbia University in New York, NY. He began his career as a real estate consultant for Ernst & Young in 1997. In this position, Stuart Bienenstock executed purchase price allocation valuations for real estate investment trusts (REITs) and a range of Fortune 500 companies.

In 1999, Mr. Bienenstock left Ernst & Young to join HSBC as the assistant vice president of risk and technology, where he devised a comprehensive business strategy that led to the division’s acquisition by the Bank of New York. After the acquisition, he stayed on with Bank of New York as the senior vice president of commercial lending, a role in which he managed a team of loan originators and underwriters who generated in excess of $100 million in loans monthly.

In 2003, Mr. Bienenstock accepted a position as managing director of real estate for Triple Five Group in Rutherford, New Jersey, and over the next five years he spearheaded all real estate acquisitions and investments for the firm’s Northeast region. After a seven-year hiatus, during which time he served as a partner with SJB Capital, Mr. Bienenstock rejoined Triple Five in 2015. He currently serves as the company’s director of business development.
